The brief. Build a character who can carry a social channel: recognizable in any scene, any style, any aspect ratio.

The movie trailer, cut to the score. Original IP; the project is ongoing.

Approach. Look development first: four full look tests on the same scene (Bladerunner, Dune, Action, Anime) before a single final was cut. Then a seed library (environments, props, a bell, soju jars, dumplings) so every scene is built from the same world. Stills generated first, then animated; master cuts in 16:9 with beat-cut 9:16 versions for Instagram, TikTok, and X. Title cards in three styles: ink on hanji, five peaks, najeon lacquer.

What shipped (so far). Finished cuts across Jars, Dinner, Water, Durumi, and Dance in both 16:9 and 9:16; a cover set; a title-card family; and the channels themselves. In production. This page updates as cuts land.

What it shows. Character consistency at scale, a repeatable scene-building method, and a delivery pipeline that outputs every platform’s format from one master.

Four stages. One character.

Built in four stages, each locked before the next: character, visual identity, world, ship. Casting grid first: thirty faces, one pick. Then keys, an expression sheet, and wardrobe, so every scene starts from the same face and the same world. Drift still happens; the stages are how it gets caught.

AI-generated expression sheet: Sora, Yuna, Nao and Lin, each shown neutral, smiling, slightly angry and mid warrior shout
